Form Instructions

You must provide the event name and the contact information of the persons requesting access to Selfridge Air National Guard Base.

Everyone over the age of 16 or has a driver’s license must register. Please press the “Add a Guest” button to add attendees.

This is not required if you already have Base Access – Such as military ID, retired military ID, or other DoD forms of ID.

NOTE: In addition; The day of the event you will need to present to the Security personnel at the main gate (Hall Rd & Jefferson) the following:

– A current and valid U.S. driver’s license, new “Real ID” compliant (gold star in upper right corner). If it is not “Real ID”, you will need a Passport or other Federally issued ID Or birth certificate along with a document that displays your Social Security number.

– Current and valid vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance (electronic format is acceptable) is required.
