BASE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
– Everyone in the vehicle 17 and older and drivers under 17
– Information required for vetting – Full Name, Driver License number, State Of Issue, DoB, Citizenship
– Fill out vetting form, will be displayed after registration is complete
– A link will be sent with your confirmation email, If you need to submit form at a later time
