We have an awesome day planned for you, with mini classes on health, wellness, and military life. Enjoy our motivational speaker former Detroit Lion Eric Hipple. Express your creativity with a painting class.

Continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments are provided.

artist in this adult twist on art class.
MINI CLASSES are approximately 25 minutes each and will be offered in the morning and afternoon.
• Self-Care Basic Training: Join Cindy and Marissa as they guide you through creating
your own journal of self-care activities and rituals to support your overall well-being.
• Smoothie Station: Join Miki and Jim for a smoothie demonstration and tasting of healthy
nutrition-packed smoothies perfect to start your day or to keep your energy up throughout
the day. Recipes will be provided.
• Social Rucking: Join Chris to learn how to use a loaded ruck sack or weighted vest to
burn more calories while walking and also get the benefit of social well-being.
• SEHHACFM-SNEIVDON: Join CW3 Doug Isham for an entertaining class on military acronyms.
• Key Volunteer-Unlocking Resources: Join current military spouses as they explain
resources available to you during your spouse’s deployment.
• Honey, I forgot: Join LCDR (ret.) Nicole Deem as she relates her story of having a spouse with PTSD and shares ways to recognize the symptoms of PTSD in our loved ones and ways to seek treatment.
